Preparation and location assessment
Before the shoot, we walk through each room together: tidying, subtle styling, items to remove and lights to turn on or off. Good preparation saves hours of editing and improves the final photographs. For high-end properties, I can visit the day before to plan around the direction of the light.
Flexible pricing
Your quote depends on the size of the property, whether an apartment, house or building, the number of photographs and any outdoor or drone images. Regular packages are available for agencies with several properties each month. High-resolution files arrive within 24 to 48 working hours, ready for Immoweb, your website, Airbnb or Booking.

How much does property photography cost in Brussels?
The service starts at €390 excl. VAT. The quote specifies the scope, deliverables, professional usage rights and any travel costs. It details the amount excl. VAT, VAT and, when the customer acts as an individual, the total incl. VAT before any commitment. -
How long does a property photography session take?
The reference duration is tailor-made, then adapts to the number of people, the program, the location and the expected volume of images. The slot and any additional hours are confirmed in the quote. -
How many photos will I receive?
The number of images depends on the mission and the presence time. The quote indicates the expected deliverables, the level of rework, the deadline and the usage license. All photographs delivered are professionally selected and retouched. -
How do payment and cancellation work?
The request begins with a free quote. The possible deposit, the deadline and the cancellation conditions are clearly indicated before acceptance, in accordance with the quote and the General Terms and Conditions. No online payment is required before validation of the project. -
Where does the service take place?
At the project location in Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium. Addresses, times, access and possible travel are validated together in the quote. -
How can I request a quote?
Use the contact form indicating the date, location, desired duration, number of people and intended use of the images. You then receive a suitable proposal to validate before any reservation. -
How should we prepare a property before the photo shoot?
Provide the address, floor area, rooms to photograph and intended use: a sale listing, rental listing or professional presentation. Before the appointment, tidy the rooms and clear surfaces and windows. Point out the features to highlight and any access restrictions. The aim is to present the property carefully while remaining true to its proportions and condition.

Price excl. VAT, excluding 21% VAT (professional customers).
Professional rates are stated excluding 21% VAT, for standard property photography (apartments or houses). Packages are prepaid and valid for 12 months from payment, across several properties. An extension may be agreed in writing before expiry. Travel within the 19 municipalities of Brussels is included; elsewhere, travel costs are quoted separately. Drone photography on request. Prices may vary according to the size of the property, technical constraints or special requests. After this period, the amount excluding VAT paid for unused shoots remains available for future property shoots at the rates then in force, with no additional contractual expiry date and subject to statutory limitation periods. Non-use alone does not entitle the client to a refund; see article 4.4 of the terms and conditions.
