Photography prices in Brussels

Personal sessions start with Essential Portrait at €290 incl. VAT in the studio. Signature Portrait is €490, Family €590, Révélation · introspective portrait €690 and the Studio & Outdoor Experience €990. Outdoor sessions in Brussels cost an additional €100 for packages taking place on a single date. Family groups of more than 6 people are quoted individually.

There are no travel charges for studio sessions in Uccle. For Essential Portrait, Signature, Family and Révélation · introspective portrait, an outdoor session in Brussels costs an additional €100 incl. VAT. Any travel charges outside Brussels are confirmed before booking. The €990 Experience already includes both appointments, one in the studio and one outdoors.

Prices for personal sessions include VAT. Professional services, including corporate, event and property photography, are clearly marked as excluding VAT. Your booking summary or quotation shows the price excluding VAT, the VAT amount and the total payable.

No deposit is required for a standard session, including an individual corporate portrait in the studio. You pay in full at the studio on the day. For weddings, the deposit and balance follow the terms in your contract and the terms of sale. For services quoted individually, such as team photography, company visits, events, video or workshops, any deposit and payment schedule are stated before you accept. Payment is by bank transfer, card (Bancontact) or cash. An invoice is always provided.

For a standard session, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to and including exactly 24 hours before the appointment. With less than 24 hours' notice or if you do not attend, no payment is taken automatically. Reasonable compensation may only be requested for a proven direct loss, after deducting savings and any income from rebooking the slot. Force majeure is considered individually. Essential Portrait includes 5 final photographs. Signature, Family and Révélation · introspective portrait each include 10. For these four packages, you choose colour or black and white for each image. The Experience includes 20 distinct photographs, each delivered in colour and in an extensively edited black-and-white version, for a total of 40 files. Additional photographs cost €50 incl. VAT each; for the Experience, both versions are included. A full-day wedding generally produces 300 to 600 edited high-resolution photographs.

These names are value guides; the final service can be freely chosen. Payment is made securely via Stripe, by card or Bancontact. The personalised PDF usually arrives by email within a few minutes of confirmation. To use it, the recipient emails me before booking, quoting the code; I check the voucher and confirm the appointment and the amount applied directly. The online calendar does not apply gift codes automatically. The voucher is valid for 12 months; an extension of up to 6 months may be granted on request before the expiry date, subject to my agreement. A consumer can, in principle, withdraw within 14 days by a simple email. After this period, the voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If it has already been used within the 14 days, the consequences depend on the state of performance and the consents given; see the Terms and Conditions.
