How much does a photo shoot cost in Brussels?

The range goes from Essential Portrait at €290 incl. VAT to The Experience Studio & outdoors at €990 incl. VAT. The price includes the session, final selection on site, retouching, private online gallery and personal usage rights.

How long does a photoshoot last?

Depending on the formula, the duration ranges from 45 minutes to two 1.5 hour meetings. For each of the five formulas, the final on-site selection is included in the announced duration.

How many photos will I receive?

You receive from 5 to 20 distinct images depending on the formula chosen. The Experience also delivers the advanced black and white copy of its 20 images, or 40 files in total, in high definition via a private gallery. All images delivered are carefully retouched. Each additional image costs €50 incl. VAT; excluding The Experience it is delivered in color or black and white, while The Experience includes both versions.

How do payment and cancellation work?

No deposit is required for these private sessions, regardless of when you book: payment is due in full on the day. Cancellation or rescheduling is free up to and including exactly 24 hours before the session. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, no amount is charged automatically. Reasonable compensation may only be requested for direct loss actually demonstrated, after deducting any savings and taking account of any rebooking of the slot. Cases of force majeure are considered individually.

Where does the session take place?

Essential Portrait, Signature Portrait and Révélation can take place in the studio in Uccle or outdoors in Brussels with a supplement of €100 incl. VAT. The Family formula is offered at €690 incl. VAT outdoors for up to 6 people, then on quote for beyond that. The Experience already includes a studio meeting and an outdoor meeting.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. Order your voucher on the Gift voucher page , then choose Essential Portrait · €290, Signature Portrait · €490 or The Experience · Studio & outdoors · €990. These titles are benchmarks of value; the recipient is free to choose their session. Payment is made via Stripe (card or Bancontact) and the personalized PDF generally arrives by email within a few minutes after confirmation. To use it, the beneficiary writes to me before booking indicating their code; I check the voucher and directly confirm the appointment and the amount applied. The online calendar does not automatically apply gift codes. The voucher is valid for 12 months; an extension can be granted on request before the deadline, subject to my agreement, for a maximum of 6 months. A consumer can in principle withdraw within 14 days, by simple email. After this period, the voucher is neither refundable nor convertible into cash, unless otherwise required. If it has already been used within 14 days, the consequences depend on the state of execution and the consents given; see the T&Cs.

★★★★★

Honestly, Hani is an incredible photographer! As soon as you arrive at his studio, which is lovely by the way, you feel at ease. He took beautiful photographs of me, and I really recognise myself in them, which isn't always easy. He's incredibly professional and also really friendly, and that makes all the difference. His photos aren't just beautiful, they tell a story. If you're looking for someone for portraits or a photo session, go for it. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Hani, it's an experience I'll never forget!

Amandine Burhin Portrait session · Translated from French

★★★★★

Hani is a talented professional. Three of us came for a free photograph that one of us had won. Hani gave us twice the planned time and made the effort to accommodate each person's wishes. He took the time to help us feel confident and give us advice, then helped us choose from the more than 200 photos he had taken! The high-resolution photos, with black-and-white versions as a bonus, were delivered promptly! An excellent place for professional and personal photography or web presence needs. I highly recommend him.
